France Excellence Masters 2024

If you have been accepted into a Master programme in an accredited French institution of higher learning, congratulations! You will benefit from France’s long tradition of excellence in your chosen field, and at the same time feed your inner culture vulture on the staples of the French way of life. A well-rounded education could be your passport to future career and personal success.

 

If you are starting your Master programme around September 2024, we invite you to submit an application. If selected, you will get a scholarship for the duration of your course (24 months maximum).

 

Eligibility criteria:

  • All areas of studies
  • Acceptance into a Master programme in an accredited French institution of higher education*
  • Start of courses in Fall 2024
  • Keen interest in France and French culture

*Acceptance can be pending and students will be granted the scholarship after they can confirmed they have been accepted to the program.

 

Benefits:

 

- Round-trip airfare (at the start and end of the programme)

- Health insurance coverage in case of medical emergency for the entire duration of the Master's program.
- Student visa and the cost of the Etudes en France procedure for students.
- A monthly allowance in the amount of 860 €/month (≈1240 SGD).
All other expenses are the responsibility of the student.
 
Please do note that :
 
- The scholarship is for a maximum of 24 months.
- The scholarship is not compatible with alternance (apprenticeship) or any type of full-time employement contract. Thus, the scholarship cannot cover a course which requires a compulsory alternance. The scholarship remains however compatible with an internship.
- The scholarship will not waive tuition fees but only registration rights in public universities fixed by government decree (243 euros for a Master's degree)
- In order for the plane ticket to be covered, the departure date should be around the start date of your scholarship (about 5 days before the start date of the scholarship, which itself will take place one week before the start of your course)

  • A proof of acceptance in a master programme in France*

 *If the acceptance is still pending, students can provide a proof that they are waiting for a decision from the jury.
